Weekly meal plans

Hello! Long time, no posting by me! I’ve been busy adjusting to mom life and that hasn’t left as much time for everything else I wish to do. I thought I would be able to do all the things & still have time to spare in the day….hahaha!!! But things are evening back out some and I am ready to get back on a regular posting schedule.

If you follow me over on Instagram(if you aren’t, you should be 😉), you have seen that I’ve been sharing our weekly menu. My hope is that I can inspire you to tie on your apron and get cooking! Cooking your own meals allows you to control what is going into your food. You can control the quality of your ingredients, whereas you never really know exactly what a restaurant is using unless you ask lots of questions.

Above is this week’s menu.  It might change some because my pasture pork, chicken and lamb farmer was not at the farmer’s market on Saturday.  There is another market on Wednesday, I don’t typically go to it but I am going to try this week so I can pick up the remaining items I need.  Plus, it will give me an opportunity to see what that market has to offer.

For next week’s menu, I will also include for you my recipes sources, favorite products and the like with you.  But for now, I just wanted to let you know what is to come.

I plan to get back into more detailed and informational posts for you as well.  So, if there is any topic you are interested in learning about, let me know in the comments.
