Greetings!
I took last week off from meal planning. I just was not feeling like sitting down and working on it last weekend. The weather was wonderful here and I just wanted to be outside and playing! We, my guy, his kids and myself, took a long bike ride on Saturday which was great! And Sunday, there were a few commitments that had to be attended. I actually had lots of leftovers in the frig so most of the week we just ate those. I did make one recipe because I am working on the final touches so I can share it with you soon.
Also, my guy and I went out to eat Wednesday night and last night we ordered pizza because my work day had been crazy and I had no urge to cook! Pizza is not something we partake in very often, it does not completely fit into the Paleo/whole food lifestyle but we do splurge every now and again. I ordered a gluten-free crust for myself since I tend to be more sensitive but the guy went with the regular crust…although I did have a couple of pieces because I wanted the toppings!! And in complete honesty, I am feeling it in my body today, I have some congestion and my stomach has been a little upset. It is a combination of the flour and the cheese….though I think the cheese affects me more.
Today has been productive and I am back at meal planning today! Also working on getting caught up with laundry, cleaned the house some, and I have been studying. So without further ado here is this weeks grub list, lol!
Saturday – Chicken wings, crudité and dip
Sunday – Chili, sweet potato chips
Monday – Steaks, zoodles, another veggie TBD
Tuesday – Shredded beef tacos
Wednesday – Pork Ribs, sautéed cabbage and carrots, sweet potatoes
Thursday – leftovers
Friday – Hamburgers, cauliflower rice, roasted carrots
I am off to make some mayo and super. Have a great week!
What do you have planned to eat this week? Trying anything new? I would love to hear about it below.
