Happy New Year to you!!! Is anyone else having trouble wrapping their head around the fact that it is 2018….2018!!! I seem to have this feeling every year, I wonder where the previous year went so fast and what I spent all my time doing. This year is not different. Honestly, the feeling is even stronger today!
So many things have happened since this time last year. 2017 was full of so much! I experienced some firsts, some challenges, some oh shit moments, some overwhelming moments and everything in between!!
Let’s reminisce a bit…
I have also moved! I move out of the 20 minute radius from my hometown that I have always been in. I am just an hour away but it is a different, but it is also so wonderful because of the one I am with. We have some big ideas for what we want to do in the future!
And last but not least, I drank the Beautycounter Kool-aid!! This jump ties in so well with my mission to educate other about what choices will lead to better health. Our skin is our largest organ and what we put on it does have a down stream harmful affect on the body, such as hormone issues, cancer and more. I truly feel that people need to know about this, just as much as they need to know that food can either help or heal.
What does 2018 have to offer??
It is hard to say!! But I am excited and ready to take it head on!!
I handle setting my new goals differently then most. I can’t seem to think about what I want for the new year until it has begun….I need to live in it for a few days, feel it, listen to it….then I define my goals. But all that said, I do know that my goals will revolve around continuing my education, sharing and teaching other about how the body works, how to make better and safer choices in the area of food, lifestyle and personal care items. I will also continue to work toward my financial and work goals.
